The terms that apply when you book a Japan trip through Bluedust Travels. Please read these alongside our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
Bluedust Travels is an Ahmedabad-based travel agency with over a decade of experience in outbound holiday planning. Our Japan itineraries are operated on the ground in partnership with Vb Japan DMC, a Japan-based destination management company, giving every trip a local operator physically present in-country.
A trip is considered confirmed only once we have received your signed booking form and the applicable deposit. Verbal or WhatsApp confirmation of interest does not hold dates, hotel availability, or pricing.
Quoted prices are valid for a limited window and subject to change due to currency fluctuation, airfare movement, or hotel rate changes until a booking is confirmed with deposit.
A non-refundable booking deposit is required to confirm any itinerary. The balance payment schedule will be shared in writing at the time of booking and is typically due 30–45 days before departure, earlier during peak season (cherry blossom and New Year periods).
All payments are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation charges are levied as a percentage of the total package cost based on how close to departure the cancellation is made:
Airline tickets, once issued, follow the airline's own cancellation policy and may carry separate, non-refundable charges regardless of the schedule above.
Date, hotel, or itinerary changes after confirmation are subject to availability and may carry a rescheduling fee, in addition to any charges levied by airlines, hotels, or other suppliers.
While we assist with itinerary and hotel documentation required for your visa application, obtaining a valid passport, visa, and any other required travel documents is the traveller's own responsibility. Bluedust Travels is not liable for denied boarding, denied entry, or visa refusal.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for every trip and is not included in package pricing unless explicitly stated in your booking confirmation. We can help you arrange it on request.
Bluedust Travels acts as an agent facilitating bookings with third-party suppliers — airlines, hotels, ryokan, restaurants, and local transport operators. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, or service failures of these independent suppliers, though we will assist you in resolving issues wherever possible.
We are not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government action, or other force majeure events.
Travellers are expected to comply with local laws and the reasonable instructions of guides, drivers, and hotel staff. Bluedust Travels reserves the right to remove a traveller from a tour, without refund, in cases of conduct that endangers the safety or experience of others.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
